Understanding these distinct profiles is essential for tailoring your "build"—the specific unit composition and strategic approach—to maximize their efficiency on the battlefield.

Orange Star CO Profiles

Andy (The All-Rounder)
Modifiers: 100/100 (No inherent bonuses or penalties).
Build Strategy: Andy is the most flexible CO, suitable for any unit mix. His strength lies in longevity; use his "Hyper Repair" power to restore 2 HP to all units, effectively "building" a force that can win wars of attrition by negating enemy damage.

Max (The Brute)
Modifiers: 120/100 Direct Combat units (Tanks, Mechs, etc.); 90/100 Indirect units (Artillery, Rockets) with -1 Range.
Build Strategy: Focus your funds exclusively on Direct-combat units. A Max "build" relies on aggressive Medium Tank pushes. Avoid building Artillery; instead, use your superior firepower to break through enemy lines before they can setup defensive positions.

Sami (The Specialist)
Modifiers: 110/100 Infantry/Mechs; 1.5x Capture Rate; 90/100 Transport movement +1; 90/100 Direct Combat units (Tanks).
Build Strategy: Prioritize an "Infantry Swarm" build. Use Mechs for primary offense and take advantage of her 1.5x capture speed to secure properties in two turns even when the unit is at partial health. Her "Double Time" power makes her Infantry the most mobile in the game.

Blue Moon CO Profiles

Olaf (The Winter King)
Modifiers: 100/100 (Buffed in Snow: 120/100; Unaffected by movement penalties).
Build Strategy: Reliable all-around build similar to Andy, but excels on maps with weather changes. His "Blizzard" power forces snow, which slows all other COs while boosting his own firepower and mobility, allowing for a decisive mobility-based counter-attack.

Grit (The Sharpshooter)
Modifiers: 120/100 Indirect units (Artillery, Rockets, Missiles) with +1 Range; 80/100 Direct Combat units.
Build Strategy: The "Wall" build. Heavily invest in Artillery and Rockets. Use a small number of Mechs or cheap units to block "choke points," while your indirect units rain fire from a distance where the enemy cannot retaliate.

Kanbei (The Samurai)
Modifiers: 120/120 for all units; 120% Deployment Cost.
Build Strategy: Quality over Quantity. Because units cost 20% more, you cannot spam units. Focus on high-value "Heavy builds" featuring Medium Tanks and Neotanks. His 120% defense modifier makes his units incredibly difficult to one-shot, allowing you to trade efficiently even when outnumbered.
