Once your economy is stable, begin producing siege engines from a Siege Workshop. Trebuchets are excellent for long-range wall destruction, while Battering Rams are good for gates. Protect your siege units with infantry and archers. Focus fire on one section of the wall to create a breach, then push through with your army. Be prepared for English counter-attacks from inside the city.
