Upon entering the Medical Facility, you'll quickly realize the Alien is present. Your goal is to find Dr. Kuhlman. This involves navigating through several rooms and corridors while the Alien patrols. Use lockers, tables, and vents to hide. Listen for its footsteps and growls. If it's nearby, stay absolutely still. The motion tracker will show its position, but don't rely on it exclusively; sometimes it's better to listen. Craft noisemakers and flares to distract it if necessary, but use them sparingly. This section is a true test of your stealth skills.
