This mission sees you attempting to seal off the Alien in the Medical Facility. You'll need to activate several lockdown protocols, which often means venturing into dangerous, Alien-patrolled areas. You'll also gain access to new tools and weapons, such as the Revolver, which can be used against humans and Working Joes, but is useless against the Alien. Focus on completing objectives quickly and quietly. The Alien's behavior will become more unpredictable as the game progresses, so adapt your tactics.
