After regaining consciousness, interact with the door to try and open it. You'll find it locked. Look around the infirmary for a brick or a heavy object. Use this object to smash the wooden planks blocking the adjacent door. Once clear, proceed into the corridor. Be mindful of your health; you're still injured.
