Advanced Crewmate Strategies

Once you've mastered the basics, these strategies will help you become a more effective Crewmate.

• The 'Buddy System' Refined: Instead of just sticking together, actively 'clear' each other. Do visual tasks in front of each other, or watch each other do long tasks. If your buddy dies, you have strong evidence against whoever was last with them.
• Task Pathing Optimization: Plan your task route to minimize isolated travel and maximize visibility. Group tasks in one area before moving to another.
• Door Log/Vitals/Camera Camping: Dedicate a Crewmate (or yourself) to actively monitor these systems, especially after a body is reported or a sabotage occurs. This can be risky but yields high-value information.
• Sabotage Baiting: If you suspect an Impostor, you can sometimes 'bait' them into a kill by appearing isolated near a vent or in a dark room, hoping to catch them in the act or get a report. This is high risk.
• Cross-Referencing Information: Don't just rely on one piece of evidence. Combine camera sightings with Admin logs, Vitals, and player alibis to build a stronger case.
• The 'Suspect List' Approach: Mentally (or physically, if playing with friends) keep a running list of suspects and why they are suspicious. Update it as new information comes in.
