When the Kitchen is sabotaged, the doors to the Kitchen area become locked, preventing entry and exit. This can be particularly effective if crewmates frequently pass through or perform tasks in the Kitchen. The goal is to create a confined space, trap individuals, or prevent crewmates from reaching other parts of the ship. The Kitchen is often a central hub, making its lockdown impactful on overall movement and task progression.

Strategic Uses of the Kitchen Sabotage:

Isolation and Trapping: If you see a crewmate heading into the Kitchen, or if they are already inside, sabotaging the Kitchen can trap them. This allows for a potential kill in a secluded area.
Preventing Task Completion: The Kitchen often contains tasks. Locking it down prevents crewmates from completing these, adding pressure and delaying task bar progress.
