Among Us features several distinct maps, each with unique layouts, tasks, and vent systems. Familiarity with each map is vital for both Crewmates and Impostors. Knowing common task locations, vent routes, and camera blind spots will give you a significant advantage.
The Skeld
The original and most iconic map. It's relatively small with a central hallway connecting many rooms. Key features include Security Cameras, Admin (with a door log), and MedBay (with a visual scan). Vents are plentiful and connect many critical areas.
Mira HQ
A more vertical map with a long hallway and a decontamination corridor. It features a Door Log in Admin, but no security cameras. Vents are interconnected across the entire map, making Impostor movement very fluid.
Polus
A large, outdoor-focused map with a central laboratory and several external buildings. It has Security Cameras, a Vitals monitor in the Office, and a Comms sabotage that disables door logs. Vents are more spread out and often connect distant areas.
Airship
The largest and most complex map, featuring multiple levels, ladders, and moving platforms. It introduces new tasks and unique vent systems. It has Security Cameras, a Vitals monitor, and a new 'Gap Room' mechanic. Its size makes it challenging for both roles.
