Strategy:
- Increase Villager Count: Aim for 7-8 villagers. Invite them from Mystery Islands or wait for them to appear at your campsite.
- Decorate Extensively: Place several crafted and purchased furniture items outdoors. Don't just clump them together; spread them out to cover more area.
- Plant Flowers & Trees: Plant many flowers (especially hybrids) and ensure a good mix of fruit and regular trees.
- Add Fencing: Fencing significantly boosts your rating. Use it to define areas, create gardens, or line paths.
- Keep it Clean: Remove all weeds and pick up any dropped items (not placed furniture) from the ground.
- Talk to Isabelle Daily: She'll give you specific, actionable advice on what your island is lacking. Prioritize her suggestions.
- Build Bridges & Inclines: These infrastructure projects also contribute to your rating.
