Once you have your Mayoral Permit, talk to Isabelle at the Town Hall to propose PWPs. These range from bridges and benches to streetlights and fountains. Villagers may also suggest PWPs. You must fund these projects yourself or through donations from other players. Choose wisely, as there's a limit to how many you can have!
