Once you reach a certain friendship level with an animal (usually level 3 or 5), they will express a desire to visit your campsite. However, they'll often have a specific furniture item they'd like to see there. Go to your 'Craft' menu and look for the 'Animals' tab. Here, you'll see a list of animals and the furniture items required to invite them. Select the required item, gather the necessary materials (which you'll get from fulfilling requests), and start crafting. Crafting takes time, but you can use Leaf Tickets to speed it up if you're impatient. Once the item is crafted, place it in your campsite.
