Use Nikolai's Modified Rifle for silent, precise shots on weak points (e.g., power generators, control panels) or to eliminate distant guards. The Winch will be crucial for manipulating the environment, such as opening blast doors, moving platforms to create cover, or dropping objects to clear paths. This phase is a puzzle in itself, requiring careful observation and execution of your tools. Avoid direct confrontation with the Tsar until his defenses are significantly weakened.
Phase 2: Luring the Target
