Damays
When you encounter Damays and other tieflings, Lae'zel's past actions on the Nautiloid are brought up, leading to a confrontation. You must decide how to handle the situation, with options ranging from deception to direct combat or simply leaving. Your choices here can influence whether the tieflings provide crucial information about a nearby camp and a healer named Nettie.
You have four initial choices when speaking with Damays:

- Leave.
A successful Persuasion check will lead Damays to reveal the camp is located northwest and that you should look for Nettie there. Nymessa will warn you about goblin traps. After the tieflings depart, Lae'zel will demand to be freed. Your choices are:
- Now that they're out of earshot, sure.
- Say 'please'
- Leave.
Choosing the second option, "Say 'please'," will earn approval from Astarion and Shadowheart, though Lae'zel will not utter the word. You can then proceed to free her.
Finding a Healer

Shadowheart interjects, cautioning you against Lae'zel, perceiving your kindness as a weakness. The dialogue continues with the choice:
- And what exactly
