Jeorna
Jeorna is a druid encountered in the Emerald Grove area of Baldur's Gate 3. She plays a role in the early conflicts within the Grove, particularly concerning the tiefling refugees. Jeorna is often seen enforcing the druids' strict policies and can be an obstacle for players trying to resolve certain quests.
Players first encounter Jeorna at the north entrance of The Hollow (X:257 Y:451), where she is confronting Komira. Jeorna accuses Komira's daughter, Arabella, of theft and insists she will face Kagha's judgment. This interaction sets up the quest Save Arabella. Jeorna is depicted as stern and unwavering in her adherence to druidic law.
Later, near the Sacred Pool (X:262 Y:535), Jeorna may again block the player's path. She is often accompanied by other druids, such as Maggran in his bear form. If You attempts to proceed without her explicit permission, she will attempt to turn them away. However, her companion Mino might whisper advice to her, leading her to allow You to pass to see Kagha.
Jeorna's character embodies the more rigid and protective aspects of the druid circle within the Emerald Grove. Her interactions with You often test their diplomatic skills and their willingness to challenge established authority. Her decisions, influenced by Kagha and the overall druidic council, significantly impact the fate of the tiefling refugees and their children.
