Baldur's Gate 3 features many easily missed items and equipment that can significantly impact your journey. This guide highlights key items and their locations to help you ensure you haven't overlooked valuable gear.   • Sussur Weapons: To forge a Sussur weapon (+1 enchantment, silences on hit), light the furnace in the Dread Hollow, use the bellows, combine Sussur bark (from the Sussur Tree at X: -14, Y: -138) with the furnace, and then use a plain dagger, sickle, or greatsword.
  • Scroll of Summon Quasit: Located in the Apothecary's Cellar, behind a moveable bookshelf, in the casket immediately to your right upon entering the cavernous room.
  • Broken Spear: This can be repaired by combining the Shaft of a Broken Spear and the Head of a Broken Spear. The Shaft is found on Edowin's body in the forest west of Druid Grove (X: 136, Y: 446). The Head is looted from the Owlbear in the Owlbear Nest.
  • The Sparky Points, The Joltshooter, and The Spellsparkler: These items are a reward for rescuing Counsellor Florrick from the burning inn of Waukeen's Rest during the quest "Rescue the Grand Duke." You will be offered a choice between these three items.
  • Brem's Magical Items: Access to Brem's magical items and Harold in the Zhentarim Basement is granted by rescuing the Risen Road duo and their cargo, earning Zarys' favor. Alternatively, save them and persuade/intimidate them to let you have the cargo (X: 300 Y: -247).

When navigating areas like the Nursery, you can use the Jump Action to cross gaps and fires to loot bodies. If damaged by fire, interact with a Restoration point to recover health. After defeating Imps on the Nautiloid deck, loot their corpses for gold, potions, and scrolls. Climb the Arterial Mesh (X:-43 Y:-367) to proceed to the next area (X:-31 Y:-356).

Near the crash site, follow footprints to find dead goblins with loot. Further southwest (X:180 Y:325), you'll encounter an injured mind flayer. You can stomp its head to kill it and loot its corpse for items.
