Auntie Ethel offers a unique, albeit questionable, solution to the parasite problem at the Riverside Teahouse. This option is part of the larger "Find a Cure" questline, which includes other avenues like seeking help from the Goblin Priestess, Healer Nettie, or Omeluum, or finding the Githyanki Crèche. Choosing Auntie Ethel's offer is mutually exclusive with Volo's Ersatz Eye and Wyll's stone eye, meaning only one such eye surgery can be performed per character.
