Follow the guards and Joker through the initial corridors. This segment is largely cinematic, but pay attention to the environment. You'll encounter a few basic thugs. Use the attack and counter buttons to dispatch them. This is your first taste of the FreeFlow Combat system. Don't worry too much about perfect combos here; just get a feel for the rhythm. Joker's taunts will be your constant companion.
