Hidden Mechanics & World Interactions
This section highlights unique environmental interactions and subtle gameplay mechanics that aren't explicitly taught in the tutorial. - Quick-Fire Gadget Buffs: Using the Quick-Fire REC (Remote Electrical Charge) on armored enemies provides a temporary stun window that prevents them from blocking standard strikes, unlike the Cape Stun.
- Vantage Point Destruction: In Predator encounters, some stone gargoyles can be rigged with Explosive Gel. If a sniper is camping a specific perch, destroying it will force them to reposition to a ground-level area where they are more vulnerable to Takedowns.
- Atmospheric Interactions: Use the Batarang to interact with environmental objects like steam valves or fuse boxes to create distractions during stealth segments without alerting enemies to your direct location.
- Dive Bomb Shockwaves: When gliding from the top of Wonder Tower or the GCPD building, holding the Dive Bomb for more than three seconds allows you to trigger a Shockwave Attack upon landing, instantly knocking down all unarmored thugs in a five-meter radius.
