Threat Assessment:
A 'tank rush' is a coordinated offensive by multiple enemy tanks, often supported by infantry, aimed at overwhelming a control point or defensive line. This can quickly break through defenses and capture objectives.

Strategy:
- Anti-Tank Ambush: Position multiple Anti-Tank soldiers in concealed locations along the expected tank route. Focus fire on one tank at a time to quickly eliminate threats. Aim for rear and side armor.
- Engineer Minefields: Engineers should lay anti-tank mines on common vehicle pathways and choke points leading to the objective. This can disable or destroy leading tanks.
- Air Support (Bombers/Ground Attack): If air assets are available, pilots should prioritize bombing runs on the advancing tanks. Dive bombers are particularly effective.
- Friendly Armor Counter-Attack: If your team has tanks, use them to engage the enemy tanks. Focus fire and use terrain for cover. Engineers should be nearby for repairs.
- Infantry Support: Assault and Medic soldiers should provide suppressive fire against enemy infantry accompanying the tanks, preventing them from dismounting and securing the objective.
- Artillery Barrage: If available, call in artillery strikes on the tank formation to inflict damage and disrupt their advance.
Key Weaknesses:
- Vulnerable to concentrated anti-tank fire from multiple sources.
- Can be stopped by well-placed minefields.
- Slow movement makes them susceptible to air attacks.
A tank rush requires a rapid and coordinated response. Anti-Tank soldiers are the primary defense, but air support, mines, and friendly armor are all crucial. Don't let the tanks get too close to your objective; engage them at range and funnel them into kill zones.
