Battlefield 4 features numerous multiplayer assignments that challenge players to complete specific tasks to unlock new weapons, gadgets, and dog tags. Examples of Assignments:
- 'Engineer Basic': Get 10 kills with Engineer weapons, destroy 5 vehicles. Unlocks new carbine.
- 'Assault Veteran': Get 20 kills with Assault Rifles, heal 10 teammates. Unlocks new assault rifle.
- 'Support Expert': Get 15 kills with LMGs, resupply 10 teammates. Unlocks new LMG.
- 'Recon Master': Get 10 headshots with sniper rifles, spot 20 enemies. Unlocks new sniper rifle.
