Mission 3: South China Sea transitions from intense interior ship navigation to high-octane naval warfare. Your primary objective is to investigate the crippled USS Titan, retrieve vital intel from G-46, and then defend the USS Valkyrie from a relentless Chinese assault. The mission introduces the RHIB boat and Attack Craft, requiring you to master tactical positioning on open water.
During the sinking Titan segment, prioritize an assault rifle with a mid-range optic (like the M416 with a PK-A 3.4x) to handle corridors. Once you transition to the open sea, the challenge shifts to hostile Attack Boats and Scout Helicopters. Strategy tip: Do not stay stationary in the RHIB; use constant circular movement to evade enemy rocket barrages. When defending the Valkyrie, focus your 25mm cannons on the engines of enemy transport boats to stop boarding parties before they reach the hull.
For the final deck defense, scavenge an 870 MCS shotgun or a high-fire-rate PDW from fallen enemies, as combat becomes extremely tight. Use the various shipping containers near the helipad as indestructible cover points to funnel enemies into kill zones.
