After defeating a Big Daddy and bonding with a Little Sister, you have the option to have her gather ADAM from corpses. This initiates a defensive mini-game where you must protect the Little Sister from waves of Splicers. Before starting a gathering, scout the area for choke points, hackable turrets, and explosive barrels. Set up traps using Trap Rivets or Cyclone Trap Plasmid. Position yourself strategically to cover the Little Sister. Successfully defending her through two gathering points will yield a significant amount of ADAM. This is the primary method for acquiring ADAM beyond the initial Big Daddy encounter and is crucial for character progression. Always be prepared for a fight when initiating a gathering.
