Throughout your journey, you will encounter a vast bestiary of creatures inspired by classic Chinese mythology. These range from lesser demons like the mischievous Goblins and the lumbering Stone Golems, to more formidable foes such as the agile Serpent Spirits and the heavily armored Ironclad Warriors. Each enemy type has distinct attack animations, weaknesses, and resistances. For instance, Goblins are often fast and attack in swarms, making area-of-effect abilities effective. Stone Golems, while slow, hit with immense force, demanding precise dodges and well-timed parries.
Boss encounters are the true tests of your skill and preparation. These colossal beings are often multi-phased battles, with each phase introducing new attack patterns and mechanics. One notable early-game boss is the Great White Tiger. This boss utilizes swift claw swipes, a powerful roar that can stun, and a devastating charge attack.
