Ginsengling Enemy

Beware of seemingly innocuous plants in the Forest of Wolves, as some are actually disguised Ginsenglings. These earth elemental enemies are surprisingly tough and can unleash devastating poison root attacks by striking the ground.

When you encounter what appears to be a ginseng plant, be prepared for a fight. The Ginsengling will strike the ground, causing poison roots to spread outwards in a dangerous area-of-effect attack. The key to defeating them is constant repositioning. Always try to move out of the affected area and maintain a safe distance while looking for openings to attack. Their attacks can be telegraphed by a ground-stomp animation.

Defeating a Ginsengling yields significantly more crafting materials than the regular plants you can gather. This makes them a valuable target for players looking to stock up on resources for crafting medicines and other useful items. Prioritize learning their attack patterns and practicing your evasive maneuvers to effectively farm these potent enemies.

After dealing with the Ginsengling, you can proceed to explore further. You have the option to cross the stream to face more Wolf enemies or take a small path to the left leading to a large waterfall. Near the falls, you can find Jade Lotus and another Crow Diviner enemy. On the far side of the stream, a path from the archer's bridge leads to an optional mini-boss, Guangzhi.
