Upon ringing the third Bell, you'll be transported to the past Guanyin Temple. This area, though familiar, is now desolate. Ascend the steps and enter the temple. To your left, you'll find the Grand Chamber checkpoint. Adjacent to it, near a withered tree, lie three chests containing valuable items.

The Grand Chamber checkpoint marks a significant transition, thrusting You into a past iteration of the Guanyin Temple. This area serves as a hub for exploration and combat, introducing new challenges and rewards. navigate the desolate environment and confront the formidable Elder Jinchi.

Exploration and Loot

After activating the Grand Chamber checkpoint, turn your attention to the withered tree directly across from it. Here, you will find three wooden chests. These chests contain the following items:

• x3 Yarn
• x1 Guanyin's Prayer Beads

These items are crucial for progression and character enhancement, so collect them before proceeding.

Boss Encounter: Elder Jinchi

Once you have gathered the items, proceed up the stairs and interact with the gate. This action will trigger a cutscene and initiate a boss battle against Elder Jinchi. This boss shares many similarities with the Wandering Wight, an optional boss, but possesses increased power and health.
