Unlocking the Chapter 1 Secret Area in Black Myth: Wukong requires ringing three specific bells. One bell is located behind where Guangzhi was initially standing. The Ancient Guanyin Temple, a secret location, is revealed after ringing the third bell in Bamboo Grove, Marsh of White Mist, near where you fought the Whiteclad Noble. It is important to defeat the optional Wandering Wight boss before unlocking this secret area, as he will disappear afterward.

Once you face the boss of the Ancient Guanyin Temple, the Wandering Wight will disappear, and you will lose the chance to challenge him and earn his rewards.
