Characters in Brave Souls have one of five attributes: Power (Red), Speed (Green), Technique (Blue), Mind (Orange), and Heart (Purple). Power beats Speed, Speed beats Technique, Technique beats Power. Mind and Heart are strong against each other. Understanding this elemental triangle is vital for team composition. Characters also have attack types: Melee or Ranged, and damage types: Normal Attack Damage (NAD) or Strong Attack Damage (SAD).
