Strategy:
Before engaging The One Reborn, run up the stairs on either side of the arena and kill the Bell Maidens. They continuously summon arcane projectiles that make the fight much harder. Once they're dealt with, focus on The One Reborn's body. Its weak points are its various limbs. Stay under its body to avoid most of its attacks, but be wary of its acid spray. Fire Paper and Bolt Paper are very effective.
