The Old Hunters DLC Access

To access the content from The Old Hunters expansion, you must acquire the "Eye of a Blood-drunk Hunter." This item appears in the Hunter's Dream. Once obtained, you can access the new areas by being grabbed by a lesser amygdala located just outside Oedon's Chapel in the Cathedral Ward.

  • You can use save data from a cleared game of Bloodborne to access the DLC.
  • If replaying, you can access the new areas once you acquire the Eye of a Blood-drunk Hunter after progressing to a certain point.
  • New trophies will be added with The Old Hunters expansion.
  • You can still complete the main story endings without playing the new content in the expansion.
