Laurence, the First Vicar, is the final and most challenging boss of The Old Hunters DLC. This fiery behemoth is a grotesque, mutated form of a former cleric, wielding devastating fire-based attacks. His immense power and relentless assault make him a true test of a hunter's skill and endurance.

Laurence is found in the Grand Cathedral, accessible after obtaining Laurence's Skull. The fight is a brutal, multi-phase encounter. In the first phase, Laurence attacks with fiery swipes of his arms and a powerful fire breath. Stay mobile and dodge his lunges, attacking his limbs when possible. The second phase sees him become more aggressive, with wider AoE fire attacks and a devastating charge. In the third and final phase, Laurence's lower body erupts into flames, and he becomes a relentless, burning mass, crawling and spewing fire. This phase requires extreme caution and precise dodging to survive. Defeating Laurence rewards the hunter with the Blood Rock, a powerful upgrade material.
