The Living Failures are a unique boss encounter in Bloodborne's Old Hunters DLC, found within the Astral Clocktower. The Living Failures are located in the Astral Clocktower, accessible after progressing through the Research Hall. The fight involves battling several ethereal figures that resemble failed human experiments. They attack with a variety of arcane projectiles and melee strikes. The key strategy is to manage the group, focusing on one or two at a time while avoiding the others. When they begin to channel a powerful arcane beam, it's crucial to find cover or dodge effectively. After a certain point, they will combine their efforts for a devastating area-of-effect attack. Defeating the Living Failures grants the Astral Clocktower Key, allowing access to Lady Maria.
