Micolash, Host of the Nightmare, is a pivotal boss in Bloodborne's Nightmare of Mensis. This encounter is less about direct combat and more about a chase, as Micolash teleports around a complex arena, forcing the hunter to pursue him through various platforms and corridors. Successfully cornering and damaging him is the key to victory.

Micolash is encountered in the Nightmare of Mensis. The fight is divided into two phases. In the first phase, Micolash will continuously flee from you, using Augur of Ebrietas and Call Beyond to defend himself. Your goal is to chase him through the arena, opening gates and dropping him into lower areas. Once he is cornered, you can attack him. The second phase sees Micolash become more aggressive, utilizing his arcane abilities more frequently, including a powerful arcane explosion. Continue to chase him and exploit openings after his attacks to secure the win.
