The Orphan of Kos is the final and most challenging boss of Bloodborne's Old Hunters DLC. This monstrous entity, born from the corpse of a Great One, is a relentless and terrifying foe, unleashing a torrent of aggressive attacks that will push any hunter to their absolute limit.

The Orphan of Kos is found on the shores of the Fishing Hamlet. The fight is a brutal, two-phase encounter. In the first phase, the Orphan wields a placenta-like weapon, performing erratic swings, leaps, and projectile attacks. It is incredibly fast and aggressive. Dodge through its attacks and strike when there's an opening. The second phase begins when the Orphan is at half health, and it transforms, gaining new, devastating abilities. It will summon lightning, perform powerful AoE attacks, and become even more relentless. Creating distance and carefully observing its attack patterns are crucial for survival. Defeating the Orphan of Kos is the ultimate test of skill in the DLC and rewards the hunter with the Blood Echoes of the Great One.
