Saint Adeline is a key NPC within the Research Hall of Bloodborne's Old Hunters DLC. She is a tragic figure, slowly succumbing to the experiments conducted within the hall. Interacting with her and providing her with specific items is crucial for progressing through the area and unlocking valuable rewards.

Saint Adeline is found in the Research Hall. To progress her questline, you must find and bring her three doses of Brain Fluid. The first dose is found in the main Research Hall area. The second dose is located in a hidden room accessible via a shortcut. The third dose requires you to advance further into the Research Hall and potentially defeat the Living Failures. After feeding her the Brain Fluid, she will offer you the Blood of Adeline, the Balcony Key, and potentially the Milkweed item. It is crucial to note that you should not kill her before initiating the Living Failures boss fight, as this can prematurely end her questline and prevent you from obtaining all rewards.
