Effect: Doubles the damage of the next shot. This item is a game-changer, especially in later rounds when the dealer has more health. Combine it with a confirmed live round (ideally after using a Magnifying Glass) to inflict massive damage. Be cautious: if you use it and accidentally shoot yourself with a live round, you'll take double damage. Only use the Saw when you are absolutely certain of hitting the dealer with a live round.
