Filbo is the timid but well-meaning mayor of Snaxburg. He's often overwhelmed but tries his best to keep everyone together. He's generally open to eating any Bugsnak, making him a good candidate for experimenting with transformations. His quests often involve gathering other Grumpuses and rebuilding the town. Feeding him several Bugsnax will result in a truly unique appearance.
