After disabling Tower Alpha, your next target is the enemy Command Center. This facility is underground and requires a breach. Approach the main entrance, which is guarded by two heavy armored units. Use your EMP grenades to stun them, then focus fire on their weak points (usually the head or exposed power packs on their backs). Once inside, the Command Center is a maze of corridors and server rooms. Expect close-quarters combat. Utilize shotguns or SMGs for maximum effectiveness. There are several data terminals you need to interact with to upload a virus. Each terminal is guarded. After uploading the virus, a timer will begin, and you'll need to fight your way out as the facility goes into lockdown. Be prepared for a final stand at the extraction point.
