Map 1: "The Crimson Citadel"

Set within the crumbling ruins of an ancient, blood-soaked fortress, The Crimson Citadel demands quick thinking and coordinated teamwork. Its multi-tiered layout and environmental hazards make it a unique challenge.

Initial Setup & Power Activation

  • Starting Room: You begin in the "Courtyard of Whispers." Immediately purchase the M1911 off the wall for 500 points if you need a reliable secondary, but prioritize opening doors.
  • First Door: Open the door leading to the "Armory Annex" (750 points). Inside, you'll find the first Power Switch on the central pillar. Activate it to restore basic functionality to the map.
  • Second Door: Proceed through the Armory Annex to the "Grand Hall" (1000 points). This area often spawns the first special enemy, the Crimson Brute.

Key Locations & Perks

  • Grand Hall: This central hub connects to most other areas. Look for the Quick Revive Perk Machine (2500 points for solo, 1500 points for co-op) near the main staircase.
  • Catacombs: Accessible from the Grand Hall (1250 points), the Catacombs are dark and narrow. The Juggernog Perk Machine (2500 points) is located deep within, often guarded by a horde.
  • Rooftop Bastion: Reachable via a zipline from the Grand Hall (1500 points to activate the zipline). The Rooftop Bastion offers excellent vantage points for training zombies and contains the Speed Cola Perk Machine (3000 points).
  • Sacrificial Chamber: This hidden area, accessed by solving a small puzzle in the Catacombs (details below), houses the Pack-a-Punch Machine.

"Crimson Relic" Easter Egg Step 1: Activating the Rune Pillars

To unlock the Pack-a-Punch Machine, you must activate three Rune Pillars scattered across the map. Each pillar requires a specific action:

  1. Courtyard Rune: In the "Courtyard of Whispers," shoot the glowing symbol above the main archway with any weapon. The pillar will then glow red.
  2. Armory Rune: In the "Armory Annex," a zombie will occasionally drop a "Runic Key" upon death. Pick it up and use it on the locked chest near the Power Switch. This will reveal the second Rune Pillar.
  3. Grand Hall Rune: During a zombie round, a "Spectral Wraith" will spawn in the Grand Hall. Lure it to the large brazier in the center and kill it while it's near the flame. Its essence will activate the final Rune Pillar.

Once all three Rune Pillars are active, the path to the Sacrificial Chamber will open in the Catacombs.

Weapon Recommendations

  • Early Rounds: The MP5 (wall buy in Armory Annex, 1250 points) or the AK-74u (mystery box) are excellent choices for clearing early hordes.
  • Mid Rounds: The Krig 6 (wall buy in Grand Hall, 1750 points) offers good damage and accuracy. Consider the Gallo SA12 shotgun (mystery box) for close-quarters crowd control.
  • Late Rounds/Boss Fights: The RAY GUN Mk. II (mystery box, rare drop) remains a top-tier wonder weapon. The CRIMSON FURY (special weapon from Easter Egg completion) is also incredibly powerful against special enemies.

Map 2: "Neon Nexus"

Dive into the vibrant, yet treacherous, cyberpunk cityscape of Neon Nexus. This map features verticality, fast-paced action, and unique environmental traps that can be turned against the undead.

Power Grid & Fast Travel

  • Starting Zone: "Central Plaza." Open the door to "Data Alley" (750 points).
  • Power Switch: The main Power Switch is located in the "Server Farm," accessible from Data Alley (1000 points). Activating it powers the entire district.
  • Cyber-Rails: After activating power, the "Cyber-Rails" fast travel system becomes active. There are three stations: Central Plaza, Server Farm, and "Skybridge Promenade." Each ride costs 250 points.

Key Locations & Perks

  • Data Alley: A narrow corridor perfect for training. The Stamin-Up Perk Machine (2000 points) is found here.
  • Server Farm: A multi-level area with tight corners. The Deadshot Daiquiri Perk Machine (1500 points) is on the upper level.
  • Skybridge Promenade: An open, elevated area offering long sightlines. The Elemental Pop Perk Machine (3500 points) is located near the edge.
  • "The Glitch": This hidden laboratory, accessed by repairing three broken circuits (details below), houses the Pack-a-Punch Machine.

"Circuit Breaker" Easter Egg Step 1: Repairing the Circuits

To access The Glitch and the Pack-a-Punch, you need to repair three damaged circuits:

  1. Plaza Circuit: In the "Central Plaza," a sparking electrical box is located near the Cyber-Rails station. Interact with it to initiate a small repair mini-game (match the colored wires).
  2. Alley Circuit: In "Data Alley," a zombie will occasionally drop a "Circuit Board Fragment." Collect three fragments (they glow blue) and then use them on the broken circuit panel near the Stamin-Up machine.
  3. Server Circuit: In the "Server Farm," a special enemy, the "Data Corruptor," will spawn after round 10. Defeat it, and it will drop a "Quantum Capacitor." Use this on the large, unpowered server rack on the ground floor.

Once all three circuits are repaired, a secret elevator in the Server Farm will activate, leading to "The Glitch."

Environmental Traps & Exploits

  • Arc Pylons: In Data Alley and the Server Farm, activate the Arc Pylons (500 points) to create a damaging electrical field for a short duration. Excellent for clearing large groups.
  • Gravity Lifts: Located in the Server Farm and Skybridge Promenade, these Gravity Lifts (free to use) can quickly transport you to higher ground, allowing for strategic repositioning or escaping a horde.
  • Holographic Decoys: In the Central Plaza, activate the Holographic Decoy Projector (750 points) to distract zombies, giving you precious time to reload or revive teammates.

Weapon Recommendations

  • Early Rounds: The Hauer 77 (wall buy in Data Alley, 1000 points) is a powerful shotgun for early-game survival. The XM4 (mystery box) is also a solid all-rounder.
  • Mid Rounds: The FFAR 1 (wall buy in Server Farm, 1500 points) offers a high rate of fire. The M16 (mystery box) with its burst fire can be devastating when Pack-a-Punched.
  • Late Rounds/Boss Fights: The NEON PULSAR (special weapon from Easter Egg completion) fires energy blasts that chain between enemies. The DIE MASCHINE (mystery box, rare drop) is fantastic for crowd control.
