Mission 7: Rise and Fall

Welcome to "Rise and Fall," a mission that tests your tactical prowess and ability to navigate treacherous environments. This guide will walk you through each step, ensuring you uncover every secret and overcome every challenge.

Objective: Infiltrate the NRC Data Center

Your primary goal is to breach the NRC Data Center and retrieve critical intelligence. This will require stealth, precision, and a willingness to engage when necessary.

Initial Approach: You'll begin in a dense urban environment. Immediately head left from your starting position, utilizing the cover of the abandoned market stalls.
First Engagement: Around the corner, you'll encounter a patrol of two NRC Soldiers. A well-placed headshot with your Drakon Sniper Rifle can eliminate them silently. If you prefer a closer approach, the Kuda SMG with a suppressor is effective.
Data Center Perimeter: As you approach the main gate, you'll notice a Sentry Turret positioned on the rooftop to your right. Use your Tactical Rig ability, specifically the Remote Hijack cybercore, to turn it against the NRC forces. This will create a valuable diversion.
Entering the Compound: With the turret distracted, proceed through the now-open main gate. Be wary of a P.A.P.S. (Personal Armored Protection System) unit patrolling the courtyard. Aim for its weak point, the glowing core on its back, with your L-CAR 9 for maximum damage.

Objective: Locate the Server Room

Once inside the NRC Data Center, your next task is to find the server room where the data is stored.

Ground Floor Navigation: Upon entering the main building, take the staircase immediately to your left. This will lead you to the second floor.
Security Office: On the second floor, you'll find a small security office. Inside, you can hack a terminal to disable some of the internal cameras, making your next steps easier. Look for a Data Pad on the desk, which contains valuable lore about the NRC.
Server Room Access: Continue down the hallway past the security office. The server room is at the very end, marked by a reinforced door. You'll need to interact with a console next to the door to initiate the bypass sequence. Be prepared for a brief lockdown.
Defensive Stance: During the bypass, several waves of NRC Soldiers will attempt to breach your position. Deploy your Black Hat to disable any incoming enemy equipment, such as Trip Mines or Shock Charges. Utilize the server racks for cover and focus fire on the elite Armored Soldiers who will appear in the later waves.

Objective: Download Data and Escape

With the server room secured, it's time to download the data and make your exit.

Data Download: Interact with the main server console to begin the data transfer. This process will take approximately 90 seconds.
Reinforcements: Expect heavy resistance during the download. Two R.A.P.S. (Robotic Anti-Personnel Sentry) units will deploy from the ceiling vents. Use your War Machine specialist weapon to quickly dispatch them, or focus your fire on their central processing unit.
Escape Route: Once the download is complete, a new exit will open on the opposite side of the server room. This leads to an exterior catwalk.
Final Encounter: As you make your way across the catwalk, a G.I. Unit (General Infantry Unit) will emerge from the building below. Target its head for critical damage, and use the catwalk's railings for cover. pick up the Collectible Intel hidden behind a stack of crates at the very end of the catwalk before dropping down to the extraction zone.
