The C6 Robot is a heavily armored quadrupedal combat unit encountered multiple times throughout the campaign. Its primary attacks include a powerful machine gun, rockets, and a ground pound attack if you get too close. The C6 is heavily armored on its front, making direct frontal assaults ineffective. Its primary weakness is its glowing red or blue power core, typically located on its back or sides, and sometimes on its 'head' or 'neck' joint.
Strategy: Focus fire on its weak points. Use a launcher (like the Spartan SA3) if available, as these deal significant damage. If you don't have a launcher, use an LMG or assault rifle with sustained fire. Try to flank the C6 to expose its rear weak point. Use boost jumps and slides to quickly maneuver around it and avoid its frontal attacks. If it charges, sprint away and use cover. Tactical grenades like flashbangs can temporarily stun it, giving you a window to attack its weak points. Keep your distance and prioritize headshots or shots to its glowing components.
