Phase 1: Initial Engagement
- Makarov will be heavily guarded by elite forces. Clear these out first, using the strategies for 'Makarov's Elite Guard'.
- He may use a powerful weapon or have unique abilities. Observe his attack patterns.
- Utilize the environment for cover and to create choke points.
Phase 2: Direct Confrontation
- Once his guards are down, Makarov will become more aggressive.
- He might have a unique weapon or a special ability (e.g., calling in air support, deploying a shield).
- Weakness: Often, the final boss will have a specific weak point that becomes exposed after certain attacks, or during a specific phase. This could be a headshot window, a power pack, or a moment of vulnerability.
- Explosives: Use any remaining lethal equipment to stun or damage him.
- Sustained Fire: Keep constant pressure on him. Don't let him recover.
Phase 3: Environmental/Quick-Time Event (QTE)
