Enemy helicopter gunships provide air support for ground forces and can quickly suppress your position. They are often encountered in larger combat zones.
Weaknesses:
- Launchers: Lock-on launchers like the Pila are highly effective.
- LMGs: Sustained fire from LMGs can eventually bring them down.
- Sniper Rifles: Can damage critical components if you're precise.
- Anti-Air Turrets: If present, using enemy anti-air turrets against them is very effective.
Strategy:
- Seek Cover: Helicopters have a wide field of fire. Get under cover or inside buildings immediately.
- Use Lock-on Launchers: If you have a Pila, lock on and fire. Be prepared to dodge incoming rockets.
- Focus Fire: If you don't have a launcher, concentrate LMG or AR fire on the rotors or engine.
- use Environment: Look for stationary anti-air turrets that you can commandeer.
- Prioritize: Take out the helicopter as quickly as possible, as it can quickly overwhelm your position.
