For many players, the true 'side quest' of Warzone is unlocking all the weapon camos, culminating in the prestigious Damascus, Obsidian, or Atomic camos. This is a long and challenging grind that requires mastering every weapon category.
Camo Categories:
Each weapon has multiple camo categories (e.g., Spray, Woodland, Digital, Dragon, Splinter, Topo, Tiger, Stripes, Reptile, Skulls). Within each category, there are 10 camos to unlock.
Camo Challenges:
Challenges vary by category but typically include:
- Kills
- Headshots
- Kills while Crouching/Prone
- Kills while ADS
- Kills without Attachments
- Longshots
- Hipfire Kills
- Double Kills
- Kills after Reloading
Mastery Camos:
- Gold: Unlock all base camos for a specific weapon.
- Platinum: Unlock Gold for all weapons within a specific weapon class (e.g., all Assault Rifles).
- Damascus (Modern Warfare): Unlock Platinum for all weapon classes from Modern Warfare.
