Mastering movement is just as important as gun skill in Warzone. These techniques make you harder to hit and allow for faster rotations.
- Slide Canceling: The most crucial movement technique. While tactical sprinting, press crouch/slide, then immediately press jump, then crouch/slide again. This resets your tactical sprint, allowing you to move at maximum speed almost indefinitely and makes you a very difficult target to track. Practice this constantly.
- Bunny Hopping: Jumping repeatedly while shooting or moving. Makes you harder to hit, especially in close-quarters engagements. Combine with slide canceling for maximum evasion.
- Drop Shotting: Going prone while shooting. Lowers your hitbox and can throw off an enemy's aim. Best used in close-to-mid range fights.
- Jump Peeking/Strafe Peeking: Quickly jumping or strafing out from cover to get a quick shot or gather intel, then immediately returning to cover. Minimizes exposure.
- Super Sprint Management: Always be tactical sprinting when traversing open areas. Learn to conserve it for when you need to escape or push quickly.
- Parachute Canceling: When dropping from height, deploy your parachute, then immediately cut it. This allows you to fall faster and cover more ground quickly. Repeat as needed.
Practice: Spend time in the pre-game lobby or Plunder mode specifically practicing these movements until they become second nature.
