After clearing the caves, you'll need to destroy enemy artillery pieces. These are often guarded by multiple Japanese soldiers and machine gun nests. Use your flamethrower to clear the immediate area, then switch to a rifle or machine gun for longer-range engagements. Plant satchel charges on the artillery pieces when the area is secure. Be prepared for counter-attacks.
