Power-ups provide temporary enhancements or unique abilities that are crucial for solving specific puzzles or overcoming difficult sections. The Double Cherry is a fantastic power-up that creates a clone of Captain Toad (or Toadette). This clone mimics your movements, allowing you to activate multiple switches simultaneously or cover more ground. Collecting additional Double Cherries will create more clones, up to a maximum of four. Losing a clone (by falling or taking damage) will reduce your clone count. The Invincibility Star, a classic Mario power-up, grants temporary invincibility, allowing you to run through enemies and hazards without taking damage. It's perfect for rushing through dangerous areas or collecting hard-to-reach coins. These power-ups are often found in question mark blocks or as rewards for completing certain challenges.
