You'll need to drive around and actively search for these dilapidated structures. Once found, you can purchase the car inside for a fixed price. These cars are usually in very poor condition, requiring extensive restoration, but they often include rare or classic models that fetch high prices at auction or in your showroom once fully restored. It's a gamble, but often a profitable one.
