Phases & Attacks:
- Phase 1: The Water Dragon emerges from the water, spitting fireballs and attempting to bite. It submerges and re-emerges from different locations.
- Phase 2 (Damaged): May spit more fireballs or move faster.
Weaknesses:
The Water Dragon's head is its weak point. It takes damage when hit there.

Strategy (John Morris):
The fight takes place on small platforms above water. Stay on the central platform as much as possible. When the dragon emerges, jump and use your whip to hit its head. Be careful of its bite attack. The Axe sub-weapon is highly effective as it can hit the dragon's head from a safe distance. The Boomerang (Cross) can also be useful for consistent damage. When it submerges, anticipate where it will re-emerge and position yourself accordingly.
Strategy (Eric Lecarde):
Eric's double jump is invaluable for dodging the dragon's attacks and positioning yourself to hit its head. Use your spear to hit its head when it emerges. The Axe is again a strong choice, as is the Boomerang (Cross). Eric's agility allows for quick repositioning between the dragon's attacks. Focus on hitting the head and avoiding falling into the water, which deals damage.
Rewards:
Orb of light, stage completion.
This boss is about timing and platforming. Stay on the platforms, anticipate the dragon's movements, and strike its head when it's vulnerable. Avoid the water at all costs.
