- Mirror Shards: Shoots shards of glass from its body.
- Mirror Prison: Traps Soma in a mirror, then attacks.
- Teleport: Disappears and reappears.
Weakness:

Recommended Setup:
- Weapon: Strongest weapon.
- Bullet Soul: Gergoth Soul (laser) or Great Armor Soul (axe).
- Guardian Soul: Gorgon Soul (petrify) or Buer Soul (extra damage).
- Enchant Soul: Warg Soul (+STR) or Minotaur Soul (+STR).
Strategy:
Paranoia is a tricky boss that uses mirror-based attacks. When it creates a mirror image, focus your attacks on the real Paranoia (it will usually be the one that takes damage). The mirror shards can be dodged by backdashing or finding gaps. If you get trapped in a mirror prison, rapidly tap buttons to break free before it attacks. Paranoia teleports frequently, so stay mobile. This fight requires good spatial awareness and quick reflexes. After defeating it, you gain the Paranoia Soul (Bullet), which creates a mirror image of Soma that attacks.
