Understanding Enemy Entries
Each enemy entry is structured to provide you with immediate, actionable intelligence. Familiarize yourself with the following components:
- Enemy Name (#ID): The official name of the creature and its unique identification number in the in-game Enemy List.
- Location(s): Where you can typically find this enemy. Note that some enemies appear in multiple areas.
- HP/Weaknesses/Resistances: Key combat statistics. Exploit weaknesses for faster kills; be wary of resistances.
- Attack Patterns: A description of the enemy's typical offensive maneuvers. Learning these patterns is crucial for dodging and counter-attacking.
- Soul Drop (Type, Rarity): Details on the soul this enemy can drop.
- Type: Indicates if it's a Bullet, Guardian, Enchant, or Ability soul.
- Rarity: Represented by stars (★ to ★★★★★), indicating how frequently the soul drops. Higher stars mean rarer souls.
- Item Drop(s) (Rarity): Any items the enemy might drop, along with their rarity.
- Strategy: Recommended tactics for defeating the enemy efficiently and safely.
Early Game Foes: Lost Village and Wizardry Lab
Zombie (#001)
- Location(s): Lost Village, Wizardry Lab
- HP/Weaknesses/Resistances: Very low HP. Weak to Fire, Holy. No notable resistances.
- Attack Patterns: Slowly shuffles forward and attempts to bite Soma. Extremely predictable.
- Soul Drop (Type, Rarity): Bullet Soul: Zombie (★) - Summons a zombie to attack.
- Item Drop(s) (Rarity): None.
- Strategy: These are the most basic enemies. Any weapon will dispatch them quickly. Use them to practice your basic attacks and movement. Their soul is useful for early-game crowd control.
Axe Armor (#002)
- Location(s): Lost Village, Wizardry Lab
- HP/Weaknesses/Resistances: Moderate HP. Weak to Lightning. Resistant to Slash.
- Attack Patterns: Walks slowly, then stops to throw a single axe in an arc. Can also perform a slow overhead axe swing if you get too close.
- Soul Drop (Type, Rarity): Guardian Soul: Axe Armor (★★) - Summons an axe to throw.
- Item Drop(s) (Rarity): None.
- Strategy: Keep your distance and attack after it throws its axe. If it gets close, jump over its overhead swing and strike from behind. The Axe Armor soul is a decent early-game Bullet-type substitute if you prefer a projectile.
Skull Archer (#003)
- Location(s): Lost Village
- HP/Weaknesses/Resistances: Low HP. Weak to Holy. No notable resistances.
- Attack Patterns: Stands still and fires arrows at Soma. Can fire multiple arrows in quick succession if left alone.
- Soul Drop (Type, Rarity): Bullet Soul: Skull Archer (★★) - Fires an arrow.
- Item Drop(s) (Rarity): None.

Flea Man (#004)

- Attack Patterns: Jumps erratically around the screen, occasionally trying to land on Soma.
- Soul Drop (Type, Rarity): Enchant Soul: Flea Man (★) - Increases LCK.
- Item Drop(s) (Rarity): None.
- Strategy: These pests are more annoying than dangerous. Use wide-arc weapons or quick jabs to hit them in mid-air. Their LCK-boosting soul is valuable for farming other rare drops later on.
Manticore (#019)
- Location(s): Wizardry Lab
- HP/Weaknesses/Resistances: Moderate HP. Weak to Ice. Resistant to Fire.
- Attack Patterns: Flies around, occasionally swooping down to attack with its claws. Can also spit fireballs.
- Soul Drop (Type, Rarity): Guardian Soul: Manticore (★★★) - Transforms Soma into a Manticore, allowing flight for a short duration.
- Item Drop(s) (Rarity): Manticore Tail (★★) - Crafting material.
- Strategy: Manticores can be tricky due to their flight. Use upward-hitting attacks or jump attacks. If you have an Ice-elemental weapon or the Slime soul, use it to your advantage. Dodge its fireballs by moving under it or jumping. The Manticore soul is essential for reaching certain areas of the castle.
Mid-Game Menaces: Garden of Madness and Dark Chapel
Mollusca (#020)
